How are jobs or projects priced?

Service and emergency calls are priced at an hourly rate, plus material. New install project, and renovations are priced as a whole project flat rate

How quickly does your team respond to emergency calls?

Whether it be during the day, evening or weekend, our team puts forward its best efforts to respond and address the problem as quickly as possible

What are your payment options?

We accept VISA, Master Card, Apple Pay, Cheque and E-Transfer. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express at this time.  Instructions on how to pay are printed on every invoice

Timing can vary based on the size of the project and its complexity. After we have visited the site or reviewed project information, we will have an estimate proposal to the customer within 24-72 hours

How long does it take to hear back when leaving a message?

This can depend on the time of day or night the message is left.  If we cannot answer your call immediately and you are forced to leave a message, we will strive to respond within 2 hours

What area’s do you service?

Please see our service area map displayed on our Contact page. We service Barrie to Toronto, and Oakville to Pickering. However, if your project is not within these limits, please do not hesitate to contact us
